Cannot access half of the issue. Bought the latest issue (Aug 2023) from within the app, but I can read only the first four sections (Welcome, Regulars, Bulletin, Columns). Anything beyond that (sections Features, The Sky Guide, Astrophotography, Reviews, Q&A) cannot be read and the app redirects me to the first article of the issue. Reinstalling the app and re-downloading the issue does not help.

Apart from being incredibly slow, I'm also unable to view any issue on anything other than my old android tablet. on my phone (android as well) the app keeps asking to buy issues, despite the subscription being still active in the play store. terrible customer support as well, I tried to mail them as well, no reply.

This app has serious issues running on my Samsung Tablet running Android 7.1.2. Although the app opens, I do not have access to the menu tabs such as text size. If a page does not fit on the screen, you cannot scroll down. In effect at present I cannot use the app to view the products that I have purchased.
